I ordered a Sample bottle of their product.The cost was $2.95 the cost of shipping and handling.As of Feb 6/14 I have not seen the sample. However, my credit card has been reduced by $169.00 USD. I have contacted Rose in California and another woman (un-named in Toronto at 1-647-694-2732. They both tell me over the phone that they can not reemburse my credit card until I return the sample (which I have not received, but they claim has shipped.)
I asked for something in writing and was told that was not company policy and they would not do it. Here I sit, NO PRODUCT, but it's paid for!
