I received an ad on Facebook about getting trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia for $2.95. My credit card was charged $159.99 and I received the bottles 3 weeks later. Spoke to a customer service agent that could not speak English to return the products for a full refund. The first thing she told me was I clicked on the screen allowing them to charge my credit card $159.99? then was told there was a restocking fee of $9.95 and that the package would have to be sent back (I have to pay for shipping as well) but it must have a tracking number or a signature required because they are not responsible if it is lost in shipment back to them. This is unacceptable customer service.
