On January 8, 2012 I paid $118 for a 2 year contract. On January 12 I realize my files were not being daily saved to cloud. Tried to correct to no avail. Very difficult to contact. Even more difficult to obtain correction. Correction promised but never delivered. Attempted numerous times over the next 6 months to get service. During one attempt service center individual got caught up in a "do loop" and asked me for a third time. "How are you today?". During the attempted fix he crashed my computer. Then told me I would have to get a new contract as my contract was only good for the computer he destroyed, but I could get a new computer covered at a discount for totally new service. Then I knew it was a loosing cause. Tried to cancel my service unsuccessfully. Too late to object to credit card charge. Was unable to use service for remainder two years time I paid for. When one year approached I received notices that my contract needed to be renewed.
Note it is always easy to talk with a sales representative. Explained my problem told it was not a problem. Still could not back up files through JustCloud, but they did agree my contract was for two years.
When the second year approached I received email notices once again which I ignored. I then received 3 calls that said if I renewed I could back up. I was told all I needed to do is agree to a two year contract for a reduced amount of $76.03 on January 22.
When I attempted to put through the charge American Expressed flagged the charge as fraudulent. Am Ex must know something that consumers do not.
As of today February 6, 2014 I have received 4 additional emails informing me that my files would be lost. There are no files to loose. You can only loose money with Just Cloudy shoddy service and false promises. Avoid Just Cloud like the plague.
