I was promised a $2000.00 loan from Sam Wilson at about 10:30 am. 20 or so minutes later i received call back from Mr. Wilson claiming the funds could not be transfered unless i could get $150.00 for him for insurance purposes. I borrowed $150.00 from a friend in order to get the insurance on the loan. This he received via a prepaid card. I was then told the funds would be on another prepaid card I possessed in about 5 minutes. While waiting, I received a call from my prepaid cards bank stating that they cannot accept the transfer unless Mr.Wilson increases the loan amount to $2100.00,$2200.00 or $2300.00. When i called Mr.Wilson back he told me I must wire an additional $150.00 for the loan increase. I then told him I no longer wanted the loan, to cancel it and refund my $150.00 to another prepaid card. He told me he could not so asked to speak to his supervisor. Eric or Derek Matthews answered me back. I asked him to cancel the loan and refund my money and he refused. I then told him i would contact the local law enforcement and Mr. Matthews began screaming at me and hung up. When i called Mr. Wilson back he informed me he could no longer talk to me and he hung up.
