I had exactly the same experience as described below. This is a complete scam.

I ordered AuraVie's skincare products by clicking on an advertisement endorsed by Dr. Oz on the internet. The 30 day Risk Free Trial was only suppose to cost $1.02 for the sample products and $1.93 for shipping and handling. These charges appeared on my credit card on 12/01/12. Also there is another charge by AuraVie to my credit card on 12/17/12 in the amount of $97.88. I cancelled my account with AuraVie by phone on 1/05/13 after reviewing my credit card charges and seeing this additional charge. One of the phone numbers listed on my credit card statement is disconnected (877-785-3786) and the company name printed as SKINU. I called another number listed as SKINPRO at 855-607-0471 which is answered as AuraVie by automated answering system. I received a cancellation number and a statement saying that I will also receive confirmation by e-mail. I have not received the e-mail confirmation yet but have sent an e-mail message to support.AuraVie.com requesting this confirmation. Very bad business practices by this company as their ads are deceptive and not forthcoming regarding the automatic charges.
