HELLO,

I SAW AN AD FOR BOTH SLIM BODY CLEANSE AND DETOX. THE AD READ, PAY 1.99 BPS (ROUGHLY $3) FOR SHIPPING FOR THIS ONE TIME INTRODUCTORY OFFER, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. SO, I READ A LITTLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, BUT CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR TACTICS AT STEALING MONEY. I PROVIDED MY CARD DETAILS, AND ADDRESS, BUT DID NOT READ OR SIGN ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH THEY STATED ARE CLEARLY MARKED... I PAID 1.99 FOR THE CLEANSE AND 1.99 FOR THE KETONES, AND WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS I RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS. I STARTED USING IT FOR ABOUT A WEEK, BUT HAVE SEEN ANY DIFFERENCE. I WENT ON TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ON 5TH OF FEB. AND NOTICED 2 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS OF 84.71 BPS ON JAN 21, AND THEN ONE ON 5TH OF FEB FOR 89.66 BPS. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM AND Y BANK TELLING THEM THAT I DID NOT AUTHORISE THESE TRANSACTIONS, AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS CLEARLEY STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS...WELL, OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEAR AT ALL! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY NEARLY $423 FOR VITAMINS! AND THEN CONTINUE TO PAY. THIS IS FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM...WHICH IS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I EVER RECEIVED FROM THEM. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHO IS REALLY BEHIND THIS COMPANY.
