Because of financial difficult caused by my lay off I had to move out of my apartment. I gave cedarwest my 30 day notice and at that time I was told by the property lease manager I would receie my $300.00 cleaning deposit back in 4 weeks. There was no damage to the apartment which she herself admitted, I also have a witness who was standing next to me when she said I would receive my deposit back.

After 5 or 6 weeks and still no returned deposit, I called cedarwest and was told by the same property lease manager that the deposit was non refundable, and I would not be getting it back.
She lied to me and several other families about getting their deposit back.
