Mitra Kamel has claims agaist multiple contractors. What she does is hire you for a small section of her home, claims damage, gets paid on work she never paid in full for, and hires a new contractor to do more work on other areas of her home not in the contract that had claims against it. Mitra was given About.com printouts on moisture damage on cedar clapboard siding under peeling paint and common house problems, and gutter ICE DAM printouts to support what I verbally told her while walking around her home. She saw water stains on plywood behind siding, this past winter had water enter her home an nearly take down a ceiling, and was explained that plugged old gutters dumped water down front & behind siding causing moisture peoblems in turn causing stain to loose adhesion, fail, flake an peel off while pressure washed (common). She knowingly filed a claim for contractor damage, not weather-age-faulty gutters with her own home owner insurance, a scam. (Personal Info Omitted) is her phone # for further questions.
