Here is a copy of the letter I sent them. They have charged me for 2 intr0 kits at $119.00 and a set of cartridges at 89.95. I certainly did not order any cartridges and was not aware that the FREE kit would cost 119.99. I cannot afford this!!! Charged for 2 intro kits , one 12/2013 and one 1/2014. Also cartridges on 2/2014.

Dear Sirs:

I have cancelled both of my orders for Regal Cigarettes with you and have returned the 2nd "starter kit" that you sent me, per our phone conversation of 2/01/2014.
I DO NOT wish to receive any more cartridges on either of my orders, and I expect a full refund for the products returned.
Your representative assured me that my credit card would be credited for the full amount of the second "starter kit" after he offered to reduce the price and charge me 20% less than the $89.95 that you had billed me if I would keep the kit. I agreed to pay for the first kit, ordered in December, but I declined the offer for the second kit and returned the product. I have yet to receive the refund. Instead I received another package of cartridges which I have also returned.

I originally purchased this "starter kit" for a patient of mine at a nursing home where I work. Unfortunately I am now unable to buy more cartridges for this as the cost of the "free starter kit" was much more than I originally anticipated.

Your offer is deliberately misleading and the product is also misrepresented, as I am sure you are aware. No where on the advertisement does it state that this is a 14 day trial offer, and then a charge of 89.95 will ensue. I printed this offer for my attorney and he will represent me regarding this matter if it is not resolved to my satisfaction immediately.

I will keep the first "kit" I ordered and have paid for it. I returned the second one, for which you stated my money would be refunded if it was returned before 2/09/2014. I have also returned the cartridges that you sent me this week, AFTER your representative assured me there would be no further charges to my account.

I expect the charges to be removed from my accounts immediately.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
