After being a customer for 2 months I emailed to change credit card numbers because my mom had originally set this account up for me. The person on the chat (never gave a name) emailed me back and forth All day saying my credit card was rejected and kept on asking why I wouldn't just use the same card as before. The point should be they are getting their money regardless of where the payment comes from. The basic account information had not changed, my name, email, phone number, and inmate name. The Only thing I was attempting to do All day-while trying to work-was to pay this company and he was extremely rude. He, or she, wanted to force me to open a new account (an extra $50) if I wanted to pay with my card. This company is greedy and obviously doesn't care at all about their customers or reputation. They also threatened me in Writing that if I made any type of complaint against them that my husband would be banned from receiving any calls and they would post our conversation all over the internet- which is totally fine. I would be pleased if they posted the conversation for consumers to see what they have to look forward to if choosing this company. They know they were in the wrong by trying to charge me for a new account just because my method of payment was changing.
