Same as the other complaints - free sample, paid for shipping - charged after product was shipped to me. I had NO idea that the "free trial" would turn into an automatic reordering - AND an automatic charge on my debit card. I did not get an email notification, phone call nor ANY thing else that notified me that I was now enrolled in an automatic shipping/charging program!
