We rented a house from TPM, for the majority of the lease we had few problems. However in the last month we got 3 notices to remedy, the first was because our kids had knocked the sofa cushions onto the floor and there was wastepaper in the waste paper basket during showing, the second and third were due to a delay in processing our rent by the third party rent system they insisted we use. Now they're claiming ALL of our bond deposit and refusing to provide any receipts, even though our exit report was fine. Do not trust this company!

- I'm having terrible troubles with this agent at the moment and am taking them to QCAT. Would you be willing to provide me with a statement of your situation? How did it end up and did you recover your money. It's a total nightmare.
