I placed on Order on Jan 10' 2014. After a weekend of being told the products do not work I called on the Monday Jan 13' 14. I was sent confirmation of the cancellation and refund information. (Herewith)

I have called the South African contact number so many times, I keep getting told that the money would be returned to me "very soon" and in "48 Hours" I have been told this since January 13.
