I ordered this product with the endorsement from Dr Oz (which I found out later was false). The ad stated that I was purchasing two FREE bottles for $2.95 I then submitted order and I was charged the 2.95 and an additional $169.00 was deducted out of my account. When I saw the change the next day I instantly called and told them I wanted a refund, and they said they could not until I returned product. Saying the shipping was already in process. In actuality, I ordered on 1/5 and the shipping didn't even get started until 1/21/14, and i didn't received until 1/28/2014. I sent return on 1/30/2014 and they received on 2/1/2014. So it took them 23 days to get to me and I sent back in 4 days. I then call to check on my return on 2/11/2014 and they said because I did not return in 14 days my refund was denied. Unbelievable, I didn't get it in 14 days so how could have I returned it? In my several calls to them checking on status they said it was in their error I was still entitled to my refund. They are criminal in their actions and I hope someone someone brings this to justice!!!!
