Received my "trial" bottles and had an allergic reaction. Like a fool, I hadn't read the "terms and conditions carefully enough to see I would be charged $98+ if kept, and it would go into auto delivery mode. I was charged double for that shipment. When second shipment came, I called the company and cancelled my subscription, got the necessary "RMA" number they require for returns and sent it back 1/22/2014 with signature confirmation. Got double charged for that one as well, and a third box came the other day with another charge. I called my credit card company and am filing a dispute, and closed that card out so Bellavani can't charge for any more shipments. Spoke with the supervisor of the Laguna Beach post office today, and she said they've been sent notifications they have mail to pick up but no one has come and that their box is full of mail and other returned boxes. I've tried calling them today during business hours and got a recording that they were closed the first call. Tried two more times and no one is answering at all. Am wondering if I am going to need an attorney before all this is resolved.
