Originally signed up for a FREE SAMPLE for shipping charges of $4.99. Received merchandise but did not use it. I received another jar and checked my statement. It showed that they charged me for the new bottle, or so I thought. I called and fought with them saying I did not authorize more than the free sample. I was issued a RMA # to return the merchandise. They refunded half the amount and said they would refund the other half when they received it. Low and behold, the next statement showed another charge for the merchandise. When I called again, they said that charge is the one they were refunding and the original charge they would not refund. Supposedly, they have issued a refund for the second half of the second charge. (To be seen) Then, obviously not satisfied, I asked for a supervisor who started to talk to me and then hung up on me. When I tried to call back, they would answer and hang up for approximately 15 redials. Finally, I called my credit card company to dispute this. No confirmations of purchase or paperwork were ever sent. This company needs to be shut down. If my credit card company cannot get answers, I will call the show, channel 7 on my side, WABC.
