I cancelled my order provided them with the reps name, date and confirmation number. Spoke with two ladies who claim to be supervisors, Jennifer and Tammy. They won't refund my money was rude and gave me the run around. Can't even contact support. Then they tried to bill my card again this month. I have not received any product from them. Something needs to be done about this scamming company. I had to cancel my card.
