I ordered a "free trial" sample of this product with $4.95 charged for shipping/handling. The product arrived in a plain padded envelope with no company address, product reordering form inside, no product information or advertising for the product inside, and no return address or label, have been unable to reach theme a complaint about a $97.28 charge to my account, in which the bank provided the company's 1-800-385-2561 phone number. I have been unable to reach them to have them cancel the charge.
