Ordered both products on 1-26-14 as they offered a 14 day free trial of their products. They took the postal cost out of my account on 1-29-14. I didn't receive the 1st product until 2-3-14 and the 2nd product (both of which are to be used together) until 2-6-14. They then took from my account on 2-10-14 $192.00 because they said due to their terms of agreement my 14 days started from the date I put in the order. Never saw anything that said that but even if it did this is a very immoral and unethical thing to do. They overdrew my account by doing this and I had to cancel my debit card so they wouldn't do it again. When I called the company (twice) they were very rude and could barely speak English. They refused to let me talk to a manager. Now I think if you advertise a 14 day free trial you should receive a 14 day trial, not a 4 day trial. Their ad also stated if you didn't like their product you could get a full refund but was told on the phone that they did not do refunds. I believe that they defrauded me and are getting away with it over and over. Even if I can't ever get my money back I don't want to see this happen to anyone else. After researching on the internet though I see it is happening time and time again. Is there anything I or anyone else can do to put a stop to them ripping people off? If I had known that's the way they did business I would not have ever got involved with their company.
