I requested advice on how to replace a lost paper driving licence on line. Despite trying to ensure that I only required the paper licence I filed in the form as directed on liner and was surprised that the fee was £80. I had all my details on my photo card and was surprised when £80.00 was taken from my bank account.
I have tried to contact your organisation to stop this transaction when I was informed that I needed to contact DLVA.Gov.
I would appreciate your advice as I have now had my driving licence returned by Cumbria Constabulary
