A one month trial as per January 15, 2014 has been received on February 6, 2014. The offer and its conditions specify that after 14 days trial the user must cancel. I tried to find the number to call, but nothing was available through my internet search. Today I located this but still not able to contact them to cancel.
If I had been successful yesterday, cancellation would have come exactly 7 days after trial use, less time than specified.
As above, the company sent me and billed through my Visa exactly two weeks after the trial was ordered. This was NOT in the agreement as it would have been impossible to have a two week trial following the day it was first ordered due to delivery.
I will be contacting Visa and ensuring that no further payments will be made. Thank you.
