RTVL is a scam company with a customer service department located in a switchboard factory with customer service people that I have a very difficult time hearing and understanding thier thick accents.
I called about a trial offer for 3.97 and 4.95 for a wrinkle free and radiant skin.I used my 16 year old sons debit card. After two months he said he saw charges from some company totalling 397.50. Evidentally this was two months of product.
I cancelled the order and they said they would only refund one month of product because it was supposed to be returned in 14 days.
I asked for a return address and I would send all the product back. He gave me an address. I sent back $397.50 worth of product back to the address he gave me.
I followed with a phone call and the fed ex tracking number. They then said I could only get credit for 1 product, for one month as the equinox product was supposed to be sent to a different address., which I was not given originally. So now they say they will give me one month of product credited less a 25% handling charge. This is unacceptable as I was charged $397.50 for what I agreed to buy a a trial size for 3.97 and 4.95. There is no voice os signed copy that I authorized any of this.
I would like my 397.50 credit back without handling.
I have emailed and called on over 12 occasions and i am told I cannot speak to a supervisor as they are on another line and they do not take phone calls.
At RTVL I have spoken to Kevin Mendoza , who was extremly arrogant , Russell,and Kevin Carter who has tried to help, but no one will let me speak to a supervisor.
I want all my money back or at leasst the decency of an intelligent discussion with the manager or owner.
