Man with very heavy EASTERN INDIAN accent calls me to solicit a Payday loan applicant. I try to explain that I don't have "Pay Days". I notice the caller is 585-364-6351, which is the same # that had called a few minutes earlier; and I had informed that gentleman we were on the NO CALL list. After hanging up, and from that call on every call requested sexual information & spoke in personal tone [still a very thick E.I. accent]. I have called the Federal Trade Commission @877-382-4357 after they took their report, they gave me the # of my local State General Attorney's Office. I can verify 15 calls yesterday & 9 so far today. I don't know if they (Advance America Payday Loans) get fined by the call, or by the amount of #'s they have abused; but I do know they get fined for this kind of thing.
