I was goggling some health issue when the advert for lean slim cleanse popped up. Advert was for free trial pay for postage only. no terms or conditions were displayed, so i filled my credit card details to pay for postage only. The advert did not mention any time limit or any subscription. a few days later my credit card statement arrived and the postage money had been paid. A month later my credit statement showed my card had been charged for $89x2 twice at an interval of 15days. I am still waiting to receive the free trial pack. I have written to company and my credit company but so far have not had any joy. I get same re trick from Lean slim ultra return the products for a full refund. But i have not received the products in the first place so how can i return the products. Now they are telling me that 30 days has passed so i can not get a refund anyway. I am at the end of my wits and have no one to turn to. My credit card company wrote back to say they cant help as according to company's terms and conditions they were right to take my money. No one believes that the advert had no terms and conditions. It was a total scam. I wrote to [email protected] but have not had even a courtesy of a reply. I feel these companies who use Google for their Scams are getting away with it. I thought i was protected as I had paid with a credit card and not a debit card but I have been proved wrong. My am just so angry and frustrated
