Invoice for the trial offered was filtered to my spam bin after I had made a payment. When I called the customer service number from this company the attention was pitiful. After many calls I finally spoke to a "supervisor" who wasn't able to find record for my prior calls. I was very upset but never stoped being polite. The "supervisor" did not hesitate to hang up on me. This is beyond terrible customer service. All they wanted was to charge an amount to my credit card. I call this overt stealing.
