Logged onto online banking to check I had been paid, only to discover a withdrawal of £69.99 from my account, leaving me with £18 until next pay day! I've got four days away on training for work next week, no way is that going to leave me enough money! Got the company details from the bank (who were useless in helping me resolve the issue) and sent them a strongly worded email. Also tried calling to be met with dialing tone or just no answer. Second email sent today, still no reply or acknowledgement. No idea how they got my details or that they even existed!
