The company does not want to give out the ticket that was already payed. They said it could not be done with a credit card, nor PayPal. I am hoping to take a trip to visit my grandmother in Germany and used my savings and sold some personal things to get the money. It is not fair that they just simply take your money. I really thought this company was trust-worthy, they snob of eight years they have been in service. However they just simply decide to create scams. If it would have technical problems, it is correct to use ethic and to let the customers know about their issues, not just simply disappear.
