On about Dec 28 I ordered Garcini Cambogia from this company with their $4.95 offer with the understanding it was a one time deal. At 80 my eyes are not the best and I admit I did not see you had to cancel within 14 days. I received not one but two bottles of Carcini and a bottle of detoxity. $2 dollars were added to my bill for these. When I received my credit card bill this week, I found a charge of $83.47 for one bottle of Garcinia, a charge of $83.47 for a second order and a charge of $72.47 for procleanse which I not only didn't order but had never heard of. I called customer service first on Jan 21 after I checked my bill on line and the person I talked to told me he would take care of it. Nothing was said about the 14-day rule. When I called when my bill arrived I was told they couldn't do anything because of the 14 day deadline.I said I hadn't received any more product and was sure I hadn't sent two orders. They said I did.I KNOW I didn't order the procleanse.I said I would return any product that arrived and wanted a refund. They told me they couldn't give refunds. On the packing slip with the detox bottle, however, it shows where to go for their refund policy. (When I did, it didn't come up.) Just as comment, I notice in other regular adds that Garcini sells for about $25 instead of $80. Utah has a 30-day return law but I don't know if my call in Jan would count on that or not but I would appreciate any help you could give me. I hate for anyone to know how foolish I was.
