About Dec 28,2013,I ordered Garcinia Carbogia for $4.95, understanding it was a one-time trial. My eyes aren't the best and I missed the 14-day deadline. When I checked my credit card bill online, I noticed a charge for $83.47 and
called customer service and asked it be removed as I hadn't received any product and didn't want it. The person I talked with said it would be taken care of. When I received my bill this week, there were three charges - two for $83.47 for Garcinia and one for $72.47 for procleanse, which I not only hadn't ordered but had never heard of. Calling customer service again, they said I had submitted two orders for the Garcinia which I objected to. Seeing the number for the procleanse was the same as one of the other two, I didn't bother to call on it. When I told Customer Service I still hadn't received any more products and if I did, I would return them because I wanted a refund, they said they didn't give refunds. Utah has a 30-day return law, would my January call help to get a refund? I did ask to have the charge taken off. The two telephone numbers used were 877-635-0841 FL and 877-307-8483 GA. The address I put down was on the packing envelope,
There was a advertising slip with the detox but nothing with the Garcinia,
