I purchased a free trail of this product on 1-30-2014. the trail period was for fourteen days. I did not receive this product until 2-6-14, but my bnk account was accessed on 2-14-14. this only gave me 8 days to decide if I wanted to continue to use this product but they are refusing to return my money. please help

- Same thing happened to me. After I signed up for the 14 day trial I did some digging... The site does say that your 14 day trial period begins the day you order the supplements, not the day you receive them... Ridiculous if you ask me! I called on the13th day to cancel, received my cancellation confirmation via email only to check my bank statement & see that they had already processed the charges. I can not get through to anyone to ensure my cancellation request is indeed legit. Throughout the entire time, I received no communication from them regarding my purchase it anything, not even a purchase confirmation email...
