I ordered my free trial for Belle complex and Hydradiance. I received my trial and dutifully paid the shipping fees. Now, even though I clicked on DON'T send me anymore (their 3 month plan) I received a $190.00 charge on my Visa!! Unable to access company and I should have known when the product arrived with no label and no instructions for use. I e-mailed the address and they were supposed to respond in 72 hours which they didn't
