i paid $200 to have my computer 'fixed' and a service contract for a year. this is a 7/24 company and no one ever answers their phone. they have a message that says they will call you back, but they never do. my computer wasn't really fixed... it was simply tweaked a bit as the problems came back almost immediately. now it's really on the edge of not functioning at all and guess what? NO VTECH-SQUAD TO BE FOUND! i want my money back, please. if you can help with that, i'd appreciate it. these folks are slick!
