I ordered what was supposed to be free samples of this skincare product with shipping /handling of $4.95 being the only charge. I started reading these scary complaints after getting a confirmation e-mail staring that the company had sent my package and quickly called to cancel my order. I am still being charged $45.00 all together, or maybe even more. I'm not sure yet. The only way to cancel my order was to take the reduced rate. If I hadn't done that, I would have been charged $100.00 for these 'free samples'. This company is exremely misleading & I will NEVER trust an offer like this again. You are not getting samples. They are sending the full size products and trying to charge you full price. How shameful. Very, very unhappy and I will be spreading the word as fast as I can, that this company is ONE BIG SCAM! How they are not shut down is beyond me. I'm fully to blame for being so trusting, but they are purposely sneaky.
