In December I was charged £2.99 for cream that apparently my daughter bought for me (nice thought but she is gutted that has now cost me £184.95) the actual charge I didn't notice on my January statement
When I contacted my bank to try to sort this they advised me to ring them on the number on my statement the number is 02030149255....
I rang and a gentleman called Carl Davis answered and just stated the items where signed for so my fault!!.
Bank is trying to get money back but as on a debit card doesn't look good !!!
Has anyone been able to send the cream back for a refund? If so to where.
