My daughter ordered this for me. So when she read nothing but negative reveiws, she called to cancel. The representative (Victor) was so rude, yelling and talking over her, that I took the phone. After arguing with him, I asked to speak to a supervisor.
After being on hold for awhile, he came back saying he was authorized to discount me 50% on each bottle. I then asked him again to speak to a supervisor. Once again, I was on hold for a good while.
Finally, a supervisor (Karen Thompson) answered. She was as equally rude. Telling me I had not taken the Miracle Saffron and the Green Coffe Fat Burn the full 30 days. She was very belittling!
This was a 30 day free trial but they said we should have cancelled before 14 days.
I feel they are fraudulent and unhelpful. Since then they have changed the font size and wording on the website. The rep Victor was yelling at my daughter about the font size was 24, it might be now but it is not now.
The pills do not do what the company promised and they taste like moldy hay.
Something has to be done with this company! They taking advantage of people.
