I was initially contacted via phone after partially submitted web form on usagc.org (on 1/29/2014). During phone conversation I agreed to participate in this program and to pay initial fee (328 euro).
Payment confirmation by email from:

I provided all the details for my application for me, my spouse and dauter (including photos). I received another phone call and email with confirmation that all provided information is just fine and by application is ready to be submitted in October 2014.

I agreed to pay initial fee even though I knew that there is official government web site were I could do it for free. I just saw several benefits in services provided by USAGC.

But yesterday (2/16/2014) on Sunday I was contacted again by Yulia and was asked to make additional purchase. Unfortunately I was not prepared for this call and I made another purchase and it cost another 488,93 euro. Our conversation was managed in a way to make this purchase mandatory. I can't explain now how it happened -- probably because I over trusted this service initially. Now I regret about my trust.
I'm going to request refund from USAGC.org but chances are not high -- terms contain information that all made purchases are not refurdable. Hope my post will prevent other people from dealing with this scam company.
