i applied for a loan , paid the fees , signed contract with the u.s. supreme court seal on it , when the loan was to be sent it was cancelled due to security from western union by the funding company , they keep asking for fees to complete and i have said no more . they offered a reimbursement but no action has been taken . we have a signed 5 page document , but it seems not good ? i am in contact with the office but they keep delaying a reimbursement and im under the impression that a lending firm can only charge a % of the loan for fees under florida law. it has gone beyond that . it was to pay for medical attention in los angeles for my wife and everything has gone bad . it would have brought my wife home before christmas but that never happened and my wife is in dire straits now because of this company . i have begged for help on this and all doors keep closing , i even filed a complaint with the f.b.i. and no response. may god help me and my wife to resolve this and punish these people for taking advantage of desperate people in desperate situations, thank you
