They are not scams, but the TOS are ilegal.
I rent an dedicated server but then i found that i cant run my softwares there and ask for refund.
They refuse it based in tos, then i ask for paypal dispute, resulting on win by datasoft.
After the dispute, they block the acess to the server, so...i buy, i ask for refund, they said ''no'', paypal said ''nope'', than they block my service stealing me 29 days of service.
