we ordered doublesided tape 5 rolls and masking tape 15 rolls and Bopp tape 3 rolls to the worth of usd 10632. Firstly we paid 30% advance payment and upon receipt of the copy of the bill of lading, we paid the balance. Container reach the harbour and after paying the duty worth of usd 3200 it was cleared from the customs. at the time of inspection at the customs we found it was with some sand bags having the weight of 2000kg. We informed the situation to this company and they are still not paid the money back
