Telephoned on the above date, by a Peter Thomas advising calling from Microsoft Call Centre, Bryanston, South Africa. Advised my laptop had serious errors (this was proved to me) and was being hacked and it would crash if the software was not purchased to sort it out. Then a John Wikinson came on the line and verified who he was, I then provided my credit card details for the fee to be deducted.
