International boundaries
More than 50% of the product was not working properly. The company admitted that the quality control can be better and agreed to take it back to fix the problem (shipping at our expense). A bit pricey considering we are in Canada and they are in China. The shipping actually costs more than the product itself. The refused to refund money or send a working replacement. They are a PURE SCAM avoid them at all cost.
