We are a company located in lebanon and it seems that we fell as victims of fraud by a guy called Peter (Ou Ming Deng) who claimed that he owns a laptop bags factory caleed "Polaroid Leather Co." and he will manufacture or order of 28,000 bags worth around $ 60,000. After a series of transfers reached an amount of $ 43,000 he was supposed to ship only 1 container and when we receive it we pay the balance and get the other 2 containers. this is when he closed his mobile and disappeared. We hired a lawyer who inspected the factory and found out that it has been sold since last Decembre. He went to the manucipality and got a copy of Peter's ID (attached), but what was surprising is that Shenzhen Police refused to accept our case of fraud and refused to help us locate this guy.
