At the end of November my husband ordered parts through Scott's. Our VISA was billed right away & it has now been over 3 months, with no delivery as of yet.
My husband has called a couple times, but he has had 'valid' excuses each time he's called, but each time he calls, he gets the same "7-10 days".
First, the part would be ordered in '7-10 days' next time the order would be sent out from Cali to Ab in '7-10 days'. then Scotts should receive it in '7-10 days' before being shipped here to BC. It's been over 2 weeks since the last '7-10 days'. He said he would call once he recieved the parts, to let us know they're on their way to us.
My concern is that Scott's may be giving us a run-around. We either want the part, or our VISA credited!
My purpose for contacting you is that I wanted to know if Scotts is perhaps not doing well financially?
We have dealt with them several times before, with no problem of delivery.
