I ordered the trial bottle for $5.99. After about 15 days of receiving it, they had charged &89.95 onto my credit card and said that they were sending another bottle that I did not authorize. I called to cancel and get a refund on the $89.95 and I was told that I could only receive 50% back because I didn't call within 12 days of placing the order on the trial bottle AND that the new bottle was already shipped. Okay, that's not even enough time to receive and try out the product to determine whether I like it or not! Well, I waited 2 WEEKS for my 50% refund and the bottle..neither of them showed up..So I called back again and spoke to a new person (who sounded as though he had just learned English a few months ago) and he was more than rude to me! He only knew how to repeat the same phrase over and over along with telling me how "this was all my fault". He told me that there was no other bottle being shipped to me, that the $89.95 was for the trial bottle because I didn't cancel in time. WTF?! He also tried to tell me that the website I was looking at (the one I got the number to call him from: 1-888-664-5351) was not their website! WTF AGAIN??! I finally hung up on him because I was so furious at this point. I called back again today and was told that they had processed my refund, which I have still not received. I'm fed up with these people. I want my money back for the bottle that I never got. I'm about to call the Better Business Bureau on them.
