A week later another product arrived this time with a returns form, I phone the number to query tHis to be told that I had ordered this new product for £95 with the original order. Could not speak to anyone in authority emailed the company with no response from them, got onto my credit card company who had received several thousand of complaints from this company and that they would refund my money. A total scam they should be ashamed of themselves
