The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

IRI has been the most expensive mistake we've ever made!!!
The 1st indicator was the inability to reach a live person and the lengthly return calls.
Horrible renderings of our product.
Horrible wording in the brochure.
Bogus patent search...Upon searching the internet for similar products we came across an identical product on the market.
I followed up on the companies they sent my brochure to, only 1 of the 1st 60 companies had never received anything! One company did find my info in their spam and said they would have never seen it unless I had called.
My invention is a beauty product and they sent my brochure to auto part company, light bulb company, etc. Only 3 of the companies had anything to do with beauty.
Horrible follow through with the so called manufacturers.
My intent for this complaint is to inform others not to make the same mistake we did.

I was also promised that my product would be presented at trade shows. This has yet to happen.
