I ordered this product on the assumption of a free trial whilst only paying £4.95 postage.On checking my bank account i was shocked to discover they had taken out £154.11 out of my account! I phoned my bank immediately & cancelled my debit card i have been sent a new one! The bank can't do anything but gave me trading standards number they advised me to write to the company send it recorded delivery which i did today plus returned the items still sealed stating my rights to cancel! Plus my rights for a full refund!I hope it works out as that money is rent money they have taken from my bank without my permission! My sympathies with everyone this has happened to i am glad i am not alone! These companies should not be allowed to get away with this it is fraud!
