Called Time Warner number because of a problem with email and was connected to this site. The people I talked with spoke with pronounced accent, perhaps Indian or Pakistani. They said they would easily resolve my problem and had me download Goggle chrome so that I could be logged into Logmein rescue. The next thing I realized was they had control of my computer and they showed me files that supposedly indicated that my computers were all compromised and the threats were serious and needed immediate attention. They recommended Tech Zilla at a cost of $700-$900 to repair. I told them no and they suggested a online tech that could do for $299. They suggested this tech was recommended by the Better Business Bureau. I told them to forget it. The contact person's name was Dharambir yadav
