I ordered 6 long stem roses in a vase from Bloomex.com.au on February 10th 2014. They were to be delivered on February 13 in Australia. I also purchased a Valentines day card. They delivered 6 short stem roses in a box on February 13, 2014 with no Valentine card but instead a piece of Cash Register Paper with writing on it that said it was from me. I complained to the company about their mess up. The sent a new order of flowers and apologized. The new order showed up on February 17, 2014. Again, 6 short stem not long stem roses and not vase, and again a piece of cash register paper with my name on it. Nothing else. I demanded a refund in full on February 17th. This is the note they sent back to me.

"Hi, Robert Beatty,

the Status of your Order No. 1168608 has been changed.

Dear Felipe , we were truly sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory and we will follow up with our production on that matter. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for an order that we have sent out. We have again snet out your delivery as per your order AU1111-20 ( NO vase included) AT this point we cannot refund your order.

They called me Felipe. My name is Robert. They clearly refuse to refund my money to me for this. The roses were for my Fiancee.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM OF YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY AS WELL.
