Applied for a loan on the Ameriquest lending site. I received an e-mail from their lending dept saying I was approved. Received a call from Taylor telling me to transfer the first three payments to Chantee Grant in Toronto which I did. the next day I was told I also need to wire an additional 1500.00 for an insurance policy which I did. I was then told after I repeatedly called to find out why the money hadn't been direct deposited that the lender had backed out and my money would be refunded in 10 - 15 business days. Calls are no longer answered and e-mails to the service group have never been answered. I have filed a complaint with the New York better business bureau who have tried to contact them as well with no response.
Has anyone actually received their money back from these heinous people?
I have kept all documentation and receipts. Can you guys help?
